Attorney Mark Boskovich

Attorney Mark BoskovichMark Boskovich is a dedicated advocate for individuals and families who have been injured or sexually abused. Known for his tireless efforts in advancing a client’s cause, he is also a proud member of the Corsiglia McMahon & Allard child sexual abuse legal team.

Boskovich worked with attorneys Lauren Cerri and Robert Allard on behalf of the family of Audrie Pott, a fifteen-year-old student who committed suicide after being sexually assaulted while passed out at a party and then photographed and humiliated at her school. Pursuing justice for the Pott family, Boskovich, Cerri, and Allard, in conjunction with California lawmakers, authored “Audrie’s Law.” Consequently, the legal definition of “rape” now protects those who are unconscious or developmentally disabled.

Along with Allard and Cerri, Boskovich was honored as a finalist for the 2015 Santa Clara County Trial Lawyer of the Year award and the 2015 Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) Trial Lawyer of the Year award for his work in the Audrie Pott case.

Boskovich also assisted Allard in representing the parents of Daniel McGuire, a 25-year-old San Jose State University graduate. McGuire was killed in a truck accident on Highway 17 by an inexperienced truck driver.

A Trained Advocate for Victims

Boskovich graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2010. After that, he attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree, placing in the top 15% of his class.

While attending Hastings, Boskovich worked with the Civil Justice Clinic, offering representation to those in need, including low-income workers and clients struggling with unemployment insurance. While he was at the Civil Justice Clinic,  Boskovich developed an appreciation for the unique rewards of helping individuals throughout their case. Overall, the care he takes with every client exceeds expectations.

Immediately after graduating, Boskovich went to work for insurance defense firm Gordon & Rees. While the time was instructive, Mark felt there was more significant satisfaction in representing individuals rather than corporations. Subsequently, upon moving to a Bay Area firm, he dedicated the early part of his legal career to defending clients. The experience he gathered has given him a unique insight into how to best prepare and advocate for even the toughest cases.

Mark recognizes that healing from any injustice, be it sexual abuse or personal injury, is a complicated, multi-step journey that is greatly influenced by the dedication and success of one's legal representation. As such, he believes in empowering his clients with strong representation and dedicated service.
