Attorney Robert Allard Fights for Victims of Child Molestation

Child molestation attorney Robert Allard, an advocate for childhood sex abuse victims and their families, has been featured on KTVU Fox News for his work on behalf of victims. Allard continues to represent the family of a young Canadian youth lured to the USA by former Silicon Valley executive Scott McKibbin. McKibbin was formally sentenced to three years in state prison for his crime.

Allard is also now working with the San Mateo family whose daughter was allegedly sexually abused by Aragon High School coach Joshua Tatro.

"We are not doing enough to protect children from predators," said Allard. "We need legislation to address the problem. It should be mandatory for anyone trusted with the care of children to undergo a mandatory background check, reference check and past employment check when they apply for a job. We need to stop predators before they gain access to our kids."
