San Jose Basketball Coach David Keiser Arrested for Sexual Abuse

Almaden National Junior Basketball League (NJB) Youth Basketball League coach David Keiser is facing numerous sexual abuse charges following his arrest for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl. Police said they received information that Keiser had allegedly sexually assaulted the girl multiple times over one year.

According to a San Jose Police Department press release, David Keiser is facing multiple counts of Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Minor Under 14, by force (felony) –  Penal Code 288(b)(1), Aggravated Sexual Assault, Oral Copulation with a Child Under 14 (felony) – Penal Code 269(a)(4), and Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Penetration with a Child Under 14 (felony) – Penal Code 269(a)(5).

Almaden NJB Youth Basketball League, of which David Keiser is a coach, is part of the Northern California (NorCal) NJB Region, The Silicon Valley Section.  The Silicon Valley Section consist of 14 Chapters from Redwood City to Hollister including: Almaden Valley, Berryessa/Milpitas, Coyote Creek/South San Jose, Evergreen/San Jose, Foothill, Gilroy/Morgan Hill, Hollister, Los Gatos, Palo Alto, Redwood (Menlo Park/Woodside), Saratoga, Sequoia (Redwood City/San Carlos), West San Jose, Willow Glen.
