Sexual Assault Charges Filed Against Fantasia Performance and Art Center’s Raymond Chen

The law firm of Corsiglia McMahon & Allard is investigating claims that Raymond Juichung Chen of the Fantasia Performance and Art Center in Milpitas may have sexually assaulted numerous girls of the aftercare program. Chen was arrested late last month for sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl.

According to police, a 16-year-old girl came forward and told police that she was allegedly sexually assaulted by Raymond Juichung Chen when she was ten years old. Chen was an employee at the Fantasia Performance and Art Center while the girl was enrolled in the aftercare program.

Police also say they found that Chen allegedly sexually assaulted four other girls and possibly many more who attended the same center. Chen faces multiple counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child.
