Youth Counselor Facing Sex Abuse Charges
Francis Caceres of Mountain View is facing sex abuse charges following his arrest for allegedly having unlawful sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 16. Caceres is alleged to have met the young girl at the Redwood City group home, Youth House South, where he was working as a youth counselor.
In between the time he met the girl in July 2016 and his arrest in January 2017, Caceres was allegedly fired from Your House South and hired as a youth counselor by Tayler Group Home in San Jose. Police detectives reportedly launched their investigation in December following a complaint. Investigators continue to explore the possibility that Caceres had additional victims.
